Influencer Marketing: ASUS Vivobook
The Process
It’s the spring of 2022, and ASUS is gearing up to reveal its new Vivobook Slate 13 Artist Edition to the world. It’s a multi-mode tablet/laptop made for digital creators, featuring a premium display, audio technology, and the ASUS Pen 2.0. This is new territory for ASUS, who usually cater to the gaming audience, so it is of utmost importance to choose the perfect mix of KOLs that can nail the message and tone.
With this vision in mind, they came to Hashi Media to execute their influencer campaigns in Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. We called upon our network of independent KOLs and partner agencies to find the best candidates in APAC for this campaign. We made sure to localize and tailor the brief to ensure the branding and message came through.
The Result
By partnering with KOLs from a variety of artistic communities: dance, skateboarding, graphic design, video production, we showcased the Vivobook’s full capabilities to brand new audience segments. The global launch was a massive success, and the Vivobook line remains a popular product line for ASUS to this day.
